Tug N Hug Harness can be use as a safety harness in auto's and truck's. Save money and time when using our brand of harness. You can quickly snap in the harness to the Safe T Line and unhook when you are ready to take your dog out for a walk. The following pictures show your pet using the Safe T Line for securing your dog or cat. A short leash can be used for looped around the seatbelt webbing then attached to the harnesses.
The Easy On/Off and the Tuff N Huff No-Pull Harnesses have 2 rings on the back; one is the 'D' Ring and the other is the 'O' Ring. Hook the snap into the 'D' Ring first with opening of the snap facing up direction toward the 'O' Ring. Next snap in the 'O' Ring with the 'D' Ring as pictured below. The snap lead directions are for the Tug N Hug Harnesses that are to be used in Auto's, SUV's, Van's and in the back of truck beds.  Truck - Safe T Lines
If you are looking for a safety line to use in the back of a truck, we have several types to match your type of truck. Small trucks have a 48 inch bed, and half ton to one ton trucks have 65 inch bed widths. Some trucks have open hooks and others have the 'D' Rings hooks. When ordering check your type of hooks and truck size. If you want to order in colored webbing, other than Black... (Red, Green, Purple, or Blue) Please state color in message area on Pay Pal ordering site.
 
One of the things I discovered was the issue with open hooks vs 'D' rings connections. I designed a secure Safe T Line for the open type of hooks. I wanted something that would stay in place on those types of open hooks, even if the line across became slightly loose. Pictured below is the design showing 1 inch webbing that wraps around the hook and locks in place on the open hook.
 
The 'D' Ring slips back over the edge of the webbing locking it into place. The other type of line attachment is the truck 'D' Ring. I used the 1 inch swivel snap hook that is also use for regular leashes. See picture below.
