Thank you, for your order.  Please refer to the web site; ‘How to Fit’, for fitting instructions.  When harness is new you will need to do a little minor readjustment once the harness has been worn for the first time.  The webbing needs to conform to the hardware and lay flat.

Tug N Hug Pet Harness Company offers a 14 day return policy for all harness products.  The only exception is for requested custom sizing on harnesses and chewed harness.   Please return to the above address with in the 14 days of post marked date on shipped product.  The only fee deducted is the actual shipping cost and the nonrefundabel fee by Pay Pal.
